Check in and check out process was disappointing. Had called the front office 30minutes to arrival about our expected time of arrival, and to keep room readied. The executive said room has been readied however on arrival, we were told it would take about 20 minutes for our room to get ready.

Though rooms were good, the overall experience is very below for the price paid.

Rooms were good.

Confusion at the reception. They had actually cancelled my booking much before the promised period just because they could not reach me. It did not occur to them that I could be on a flight. Not so intelligent staff at the reception. It is bang on the very busy road - like many of those 2-star / 3-star hotels.

Staff service was poor. Ordered tea through room service and they took an hour. After calling back they said we forgot your room number. Reception staff was rude at checkout. Not handing over bill to check prior to final payment.

The rooms were nice and of good quality with nice amenity.

the staff seemed a little rude when asked to provide cutlery and charging 5x of an MRP item made no sense, specially when it isn’t a premium estate.

„Dreckig und unfreundliche Angestellte

Nichts, als wir das dreckige Hotel gesehen haben, sind wir gleich wieder abgereist.

Kein Pool mehr obwohl es einen gab zum Buchungszeitpunkt. Das Hotel ist eine Bauruine. Die Angestellten an der Reception sind nicht ausgebildet.

Glorified lodge, nothing more

Location was ok, staff was nice.

Cramped room, fairly clean but maintained poorly. Some maintenance work was going on and we couldn’t sleep properly during the day ( wanted to get some rest after driving during the night and early morning hours.) more like a glorified lodge.

No hot water in the toilet. Consecutive 2 days. It was a painful experience when we are all day out and in the evening we came back no hot water to take shower. Day 1was resolved but following day No solution. Ask for another room just to take shower. After 30 minutes waiting room was given but that room had the same problem.????????????

„Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Da momentan viele Zimmer frei waren, durften wir sogar in einem etwas teureren Zimmer übernachten für den Preis des von uns gebuchten Zimmers. Jeden Tag brachte man uns Wasserflaschen und wir wurden gefragt, ob das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist Pärchen freundlich und auch unverheiratete Paare sind willkommen. Des Weiteren darf man sogar Essen direkt vors Hotel bestellen lassen und es im Zimmer essen. Das war für uns ein grosser Plus Punkt.
